incorporated in Ukraine (registration date: 29 September 2020), with its registered office at 12 Primorska St.,
Office 401, Odesa 65014, Ukraine.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit our website
at orismaritime.com, contact us by email or phone, or otherwise engage with us in a business context.

Any data transferred outside of Ukraine or the European Economic Area is subject to appropriate safeguards,

Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and to
comply with our legal obligations:
- Enquiry and contact records: up to 2 years from last contact
- Commercial transaction records: up to 7 years from contract completion, in line with standard accounting and
legal requirements
- Website analytics data: up to 14 months on an aggregated, anonymised basis
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
